The Land Where Dreams Come True

You never really "get" Disney until you experience it through the eyes of your child.  I would never wait in a 30 minute line in my life to get a photo and faux autograph from Ariel on any occasion ever, except if a 5 1/2 year old wants it bad enough she waited quietly.  Sure I paint a miserable picture but we really lucked out and that ended up being the longest line we had to wait in thankfully.  I don't know how families do Disney on a budget.  Apparently Disney has not heard of the word "budget".  But we smartly rented a house where we ate most of our meals, and enjoyed the heated pool.  We really had a great time, seeing old friends, hangin' with the mouse, and the Islands of Adventure was the star of the trip.  Come see the photos in the gallery - WARNING!  There are many!
